Who are we?
We are a Family run Building Company who have been in the construction industry for over 10 years now. Our business is continuously expanding due to our awarded Service and Quality of work we are known for.

What makes us stand out?

  • We offer a minimum of a 1 year labour guarantee, which means if anything at all goes wrong in connection with the work carried out within this period of time, we gladly come around and put it right for you.
  • 10 year guarantees on all u-PVC products. After each installation we provide our customers with a Fensa Installation Registration and a Glass Federation Insurance Guarantee.
  • We can organise your Planning Permission & Building Regulations. We have a good relationship with local architects and surveyors to enable a quick and hassle-free progress.
  • We offer you a FREE straight forward quotation with no obligation. With larger projects, we are able to provide you with more detailed quotation with images and step-by-step work flow descriptions so that you, the customer, are fully aware of the implication of your project. However we advise you to get 3 different quotations and always do some resource beforehand, as we understand the importance of your project and wish to encourage professional, honest business.
  • We offer our services from Start to Finish which gives you an opportunity to deal with one contractor only! So there's no waiting game and work can continuously carry on!

What do I have to do to get a quotation?

  • You can either give us a call on 01255 426 900 for a rough price over the phone

  • We can arrange a site visit for your more detailed quotation.

What do I need to do if I wish to accept the quotation?

  • Simply, give us a call and we can set a start date. We require 10% deposit to hold start date, which will be refunded in full if you wish to cancel the order within 7 days from acceptance. This will be deducted from the total amount of the final payment.

What happens if you are not 100% satisfied with work carried out?

  • Payments will be made in stages to cover the costs of materials. The final payment is to cover the labour costs. However we won't expect final payment until you, the customer are 100% satisfied. If you feel that the work does not meet your requirements, simply you don't have to pay the final payment.

What happens after the work has commenced?

  • We have been putting an extra effort on after-care ensuring our customers with a 100 % piece of mind.
  • Our terms and conditions are clearly specified to ensure straight forward business between JJ Holland and yourself, the customer.
  • After all work is completed, we send questionnaires to our customers for their honest opinion of our services. We have recently improved our services based on feedback received from our existing customers. By doing this, we can ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Our office / Showroom is open from Monday to Saturday and we are here to help with any enquiries or concerns you may have. Alternatively you can pop in to our office and have a cup of coffee to discuss your dreams and plans in comfort.
